Holiday Christmas Hours

With many offices closed for extended periods over the holidays, it can be challenging to find timely legal assistance with time-sensitive matters like real estate purchases and sales. We are pleased to report the hours for our two downtown Ladysmith offices:

318 1st Avenue

• Closed on December 25th and 26th
• Closed on January 1st

22 High Street

• Closed at 12pm noon on December 24th
• Closed on December 25th, 26th and 27th
• Open on December 30th
  
• Closed at 12pm noon on December 31st
• Closed on January 1st
• Open on January 2nd onwards

These hours also apply to our office at 472 Trans-Canada Highway in Duncan.

Apart from those dates, we will remain open throughout the holiday season to assist with matters including:

• real estate transactions;
• probate and estates;
• estate and incapacity planning (e.g. wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, living wills);
• committeeship;
• business and company needs; and
• notarization of documents (e.g. travel consents for cross-border holiday travel with children)
